Alan's sister ,Jana, and my sister-in-law, Kelli, ran the 1/2 Marathon. Great job gals!

Happy Running, Walking, and Falling
Alan and I registered for the Salt Lake 5K last weekend. We were planning on running it but then my Dad started feeling better and registered for the race. We decided to walk with him and we are very glad we did. My sister, Megan, and brother, Chad, along with friends, Pat and Derek Jones, joined us. We were ecstatic to see my Dad healthy enough to be with us. Once again, he did not let us down when he thought it would be funny to RUN over the starting line. Well, he tripped and fell. Yes, at the STARTING line. I love that guy! He popped right up and off we went. We finished the race. Most of us in last place for our division. But we finished together! We had a great time talking and laughing all the way. We were happy to take the boys and they were great for waking at 5:45. It is a great tradition we will continue through the years. Great job at the 5k. That is so great that you got to do it with your Dad. You guys are true Utes - check you out! I just got an email from Mary Clark and guess who was on it -- the Pohlman family! Very cute pics!! (Max has grown so much!) Miss you!
I'm just guessing, but are you guys Ute fans? You have the cutest fam Ab, its so awesome that you do fun things all together, that's the way it should be!
