Forgotten Christmas
OK, so it was not forgotten but I just never posted about it. Here are a few pictures for the memory book.
Demings brought us a fresh cut tree! That is what friends are for. We were feeling sad we were not able to do this tradition this year with a new baby.
Every year Aunt Mimi does a Utah tree with the boys.
We got together on the 23rd with my family where my Mom did her tradition dinner. Super yummy! That was followed by the Nativity Scene by the kids. Joseph and Mary.
My sweet Dad with yet another contraption to make life bearable. At least he was somewhat healthy this Christmas! Thank you Lord!
Then we headed to Pohlmans' to do the Nativity scene again. Aren't the holidays wonderful? We love being with family.
Traditional Christmas pose. O was still sleeping.
Christmas jammies.
O's first Christmas.
Santa brought bikes but we forgot to get pictures! Merry Christmas 2008.
HaPpy BirThDaY Moo!
So you turned two last week and it has been a delightful two years with you around. You are so easy going and fun to be around. People can't help but smile when you enter the room. You are always up for sharing and do almost everything we ask of you. You love the television and would sit in front of it all day. Especially if Tigger and Poo or Higgly Town Heroes are on. Whenever you cry you hold your hands over your mouth. It is a love torture relationship with your brother. Your favorite thing to play is Utah Football with Daddy and C. The birth of your little brother has not impacted your life at all so far. You just go with the flow.
Last week we took you in for a speech evaluation where you qualified for speech articulation. We also have an evaluation at Primary Children's because they think you might have a submucas cleft palate. You have a hard time articulating but that doesn't stop you from trying to talk. You sound very nasally, chew your food for a long time, and seem to gag a lot while eating.
We adore you Moo and can't imagine a day without you. Thank you for bringing the peace we need in our home Chunky Boo. We love you Bear. Happy 2nd Birthday!
Opening your present from Grandma and Grandpa. Notice C is pouting of course!
You thought the Utah Parade was a big Utah party just for you!
Snowmobiling with Aunt Mimi the day after your birthday. We spent the weekend in Eden.
We finally made time for your cupcakes the day after your real birthday. SORRY Bubs! You did not like the candles but..
you loved the cupcakes!
